Dear Associated partners,
Dear Collaborating partners,
Dear European Commission and CHAFEA representatives,

On behalf of Joint Action Health Workforce Planning and Forecasting, we are very pleased to have met you during the Second Plenary Assembly and Stakeholder forum meeting that took place in Madrid on March 23th and 24th.

As you know, Joint Action has now reached an important phase with the finilisation of some of the deliverables by our work packages. The aim of the meeting was to present to all partners, associated and collaborating, the progress of Joint Action made so far as a result of our joint efforts. Apart from interesting presentations of our work package’s progress and future expected activities, open dialogues with our partner organisations were planned. The event provided a full perspective on the latest results and its practical use and implementation. Two forums created a platform for discussion, the first on how to use the Handbook of Planning Methodologies into practice and another focused on policy recommendation and dissemination processes and activities.

The agenda of the meeting is attached.
