Currently the Joint Action involves 62 collaborating partners and is open for those who share the interest to join. To attract new collaborating partners, WP1 represents the JA at various conferences and meetings.

Who is the collaborating partner?

Collaborating partners play an important part in Joint Action progress as their valuable input may increase the scientific content of the JA, and furthermore help in the dissemination of results within EU Member states and (international) organisations. The collaborating partners have no contracted Joint Action budget, and therefore, they do not receive EU funding for Joint Action activities.

Is your organization interested in becoming a collaborating partner?

Follow the step by step procedure and become our partner:

  • Send an "expression of interest" to the general mailing address EUHWForce@health.belgium.be. There are no specific requirements for the organisation that wants to become a collaborating partner. But in order to keep track of our partners and have a basic knowledge of their fields of interest, we require at least a short presentation of the particular organisation (e.g. in the form of sending the website link) to know its working field, the reason why they want to participate, and their contact information.
  • Once WP1 receives this email, and approves the partnership, they contact the partner to explain the rules of joining and request the partner to indicate in which WP they want to be involved (or if they maybe only want to be involved at a general level)
  • Once this information is received, WP1 makes sure that the new partner receives, from that moment on, all communication on the JA EUHWF. Furthermore, they are added to the contact list, to the list of partners on the website, etc.
  • If the partner wants to participate in a specific WP, WP1 sends this information to the WP Leader(s) concerned with a request to include the new partner in the particular WP work.
