The Joint Action Participated to the CPME Conference On “Better Working Conditions for Better Care, Discussing Responsible Health System Policy”

On April 4th 2014, the Joint Action on European Health Workforce Planning and Forecasting participated in the Conference on “Better working conditions for better care, discussing responsible health system policy”, organized by the Standing Committee of European Doctors (CPME). The conference focused on both National and European experience in Quality of Care. The JA EUWHF was presented by Lieve Jorens, WP1 Leader, during a panel discussion on “the added value of European cooperation”, mainly emphasizing on the opportunities for benchmarking created through the project. The conference was closed with a keynote speech by  Mr. Tonio Borg, European Commissioner for Health.
